Specification of the iPhone 5C Revealed [Rumor]

In a new post – C Technology, a prominent group of the Sina Weibo social network (via Sim Only Radar) has leaked the specs of the rumored iPhone 5C.

The iPhone 5C specs include:

•  CPU :The iPhone 5C is rumored to have a dual-core processor. No surprise here. Using dual core will help keep the price down.

• Display:  4-inch screen with 1136×640 resolution – Again this will ensure the iPhone line up is not as fragmented as competing Mobile Operating Systems.

• Size:  4.89 x 2.30 x 0.30 inch (124,2 x 58,4 x 7,6 mm)

• Memory: The iPhone 5C will feature 1G RAM, 16/32/64G ROM

• Camera: 1.2 – megapixel in front facing camera and 8-megapixel rear facing camera

• Software:  The new iPhone will run iOS 7 with Siri support

• Weight: 106 grams.

According to the CNET Report:

• Camera:  It will get a 12- megapixel rear camera with a larger f/2.0 aperture  with dual LED flash.

• Fingerprint scanner/reader in the home button: The iPhone 5S may take biometric technology mainstream, improving electronic payments and making it easier to get music and sensitive data from the cloud.

• Storage: A 128GB flash storage option will be available.

• CPU: An updated processor, Apple’s A7, is also expected. The most salient (rumored) feature is that it’s 64-bit.

• New 3G/4G standard support: Versions of the 5S (and 5C) may support China’s 4G TDD-LTE standard.
