In an earlier reported we mentioned that Apple is about to unveil a new MaBook Pros with retina display. 9to5 Mac has now confirmed that Apple will indeed release a new MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
The report stated that a reliable source from a high-profile US retailer has confirmed what will be going down come October 23. The new model will be the 13-inch MacBook Pro.
According to 9to5 Mac report:
This new 13-inch MacBook Pro with a Retina Display is said to pick up the thinner and lighter enclosure of the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display that was released in June.
The new 13-inch MacBook Pro will be sold in two configurations, with differing processors and storage, and will be available for purchase soon after introduction.
Like with the 15-inch MacBook Pro lines, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display will be sold (at a higher price) in addition to the current non-Retina display model. That computer was updated with faster processers and USB 3.0 in June.
According to our earlier report, the notebook is been assemble in “Mexico and other places”, with Chinese production coming later this month. The new 13-inch model is said to carry a code name of “D1”, which fits with the “D2” code name that turned out to be the 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro. ”
