A new report from China Times (via MacRumors) suggests that Taiwan based company – TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) is expanding production of Touch ID sensors for the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3. With everyone focusing on the Apple next-generation iPhone with larger display, information on the next generation is hard to find.
